The Rose is owned and operated by Elevated Hospitality Group LLC (“The Rose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Illinois limited liability company.
This policy also covers Club Torch. Club Torch is a brand of The Rose, operated by the same company at the same address, and is referred to in this Privacy Policy as part of “The Rose.” This single Privacy Policy applies to theroseqc.com and clubtorch.com, to our email and text-message programs under either name, and to your visits to the venue, whichever name brought you to us.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you choose to share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, sign up for updates, communicate with us, inquire about hosting an event, visit our venue, or otherwise interact with The Rose.

If you inquire about hosting a private event, we may also collect information reasonably necessary to prepare proposals, coordinate tours, communicate about availability, plan an event, prepare agreements, or provide related services.
If online payments or deposits become available, payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor on our behalf. The Rose does not receive or retain complete payment card numbers when payment information is entered directly with a payment provider.

- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Operating system
- Pages visited and links clicked

3. Information Collected At Our Venue
Once The Rose is open to the public, we may also collect information in person, including through:
- Age and identity verification at entry. Where required by law or by our own policy, staff or an electronic reader may check a government-issued identification document to confirm that a guest is of legal age. Where an electronic reader is used, we limit retention of the data read from the document to what is permitted by applicable law and our posted retention schedule.
- Video surveillance. Our premises are monitored by video cameras for the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Signage is posted where required.
- Point-of-sale and reservation records for purchases, bookings, deposits, and guest-list entries.
Biometric Information (Illinois BIPA)
The Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14/1 et seq. (“BIPA”), governs the collection of biometric identifiers such as retina or iris scans, fingerprints, voiceprints, and scans of hand or face geometry.
This website does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information. The Rose does not use facial recognition or other biometric identification of guests. If that ever changes, we will first publish a written policy containing a retention schedule and destruction guidelines, provide written notice of the specific purpose and the length of term for which the biometric identifier is being collected, stored, and used, and obtain a written release from each person before any collection occurs, as BIPA requires. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from any biometric identifier or biometric information.
Telephone Calls (Illinois Eavesdropping Act)
Illinois is an all-party consent state under 720 ILCS 5/14-1 et seq. If we ever record or monitor a telephone call, you will be told at the beginning of the call and you may decline or end the call. Our automated informational greeting is not a recording of you.

5. Email Communications
If you provide your email address or subscribe to communications from The Rose, we may send you information concerning our grand opening, venue announcements, private event hosting, venue tours, special events, new spaces, services and amenities, hiring, promotions, and other updates from The Rose.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our valid physical postal address, as the federal CAN-SPAM Act requires. You may unsubscribe at any time using that link, by emailing info@theroseqc.com, or by calling 309-328-3003. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and in no event later than ten business days after receipt.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional or relationship messages that are necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer an existing booking, provide information you requested, or complete another transaction you initiated.
6. Text Message and SMS Communications
Our full messaging program terms are published at Messaging Terms, and Club Torch’s at Club Torch Messaging Terms.
Our text-message program is mixed use. Depending on how you contacted us and what you consented to, the same telephone number may send you marketing messages, automated replies to an inquiry you submitted, and one-to-one customer-care messages from a member of our staff. The two consents are described separately below and are collected separately.
Marketing Messages
If you affirmatively opt in, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from The Rose at the telephone number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Messages may include grand-opening information, venue announcements, private event hosting information, special-event announcements, hiring announcements, promotions, and other news concerning The Rose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of booking an event, or of otherwise doing business with The Rose.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or call 309-328-3003. We honor any reasonable method of revoking consent, including a plain-language reply such as “unsubscribe,” “quit,” or “cancel,” and we honor it within ten business days at the latest.
Because The Rose serves alcohol, our marketing messages are intended only for recipients who are at least 21 years of age. Do not opt in if you are under 21.
Non-Marketing and Service Messages
If you give us your telephone number in connection with an inquiry, tour, event request, reservation, guest-list entry, booking, contract, or other interaction, or if you text us first, we may send service-related, conversational, or informational messages about that interaction, including an automated first reply acknowledging that we received your inquiry, replies to inquiries, tour confirmations or changes, event-planning communications, appointment reminders, booking information, and customer-service communications you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to stop applicable messages.
7. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Are Never Shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may provide limited information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as telecommunications carriers, SMS platforms, customer-relationship management systems, website providers, and other technology providers, solely as reasonably necessary to deliver the communications or services you requested or authorized. Those providers are not permitted to use your telephone number or SMS consent information for their own marketing purposes.
8. How We Disclose Information
The Rose does not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade customer lists. We do not provide your personal information to unrelated businesses so that they can market their own products or services to you.
Service Providers
We use trusted companies to perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, customer relationship management, event-management software, payment processing, data storage, analytics, and IT and cybersecurity services. These companies receive access only to the information reasonably necessary to perform those services for The Rose and are contractually or otherwise required to protect it and to use it only for that purpose.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law; respond to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or other valid legal process; respond to lawful requests from governmental, law-enforcement, or liquor-control authorities; protect our legal rights; investigate fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity; or protect the safety of guests, employees, customers, or others.
Business Transactions
If Elevated Hospitality Group LLC or The Rose is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. Text-message consent data will be treated in accordance with Section 7.
9. We Do Not Publish Your Personal Information
Information submitted through private-event forms, contact forms, newsletter signups, text-message signups, or other private communications is not published by The Rose simply because you submitted it.
We will not intentionally publish your private contact information, telephone number, email address, private event inquiry, or other nonpublic personal information on our website or social-media accounts without your authorization or another lawful basis.
Information that you choose to post publicly yourself, including comments or interactions on public social-media platforms, may be visible to others and is governed in part by the policies of those platforms.
10. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools to keep the website functioning, understand website traffic, determine which pages are most useful, detect technical problems, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Certain portions of the website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where we receive a Global Privacy Control signal or a comparable browser opt-out preference signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, maps, ticketing providers, payment providers, or other services, and our signup form is delivered by a third-party form provider. The privacy practices of those third parties are governed by their own privacy policies. The Rose is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we do not control.
12. Data Security and Breach Notification
The Rose uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, modification, destruction, or disclosure.
No website, electronic transmission, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a breach of the security of personal information, we will notify affected Illinois residents in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, 815 ILCS 530, and will provide any other notifications required by applicable law.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries; manage prospective or existing events; maintain business, tax, and accounting records; maintain records of consent and communication preferences; honor opt-out requests; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and meet legal, regulatory, insurance, or security obligations.
We retain limited suppression-list information after an unsubscribe or opt-out request specifically so that we can remember and continue to honor that request.
14. Your Privacy Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask us to:
- Confirm what contact information we hold about you
- Correct or update information you previously submitted
- Delete information you previously provided
- Stop marketing emails
- Stop marketing text messages
- Update your communication preferences
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message. To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP. For text-message assistance, reply HELP. For anything else, email info@theroseqc.com, call 309-328-3003, or write to the address in Section 18. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Some information must be retained where required or permitted by law, for legitimate business records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contract administration, or to maintain the record that you opted out of communications.
Residents of Other States
Illinois has not enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. If you are a resident of a state that grants statutory privacy rights, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling, and to appeal a denied request. We honor those requests from residents of those states, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Submit a request to info@theroseqc.com or 309-328-3003. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state attorney general.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our website, venue, and marketing services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our email and text programs are intended only for individuals 21 and over. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted to us, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at info@theroseqc.com or 309-328-3003 to request deletion.
16. No Sale or Sharing For Third-Party Marketing
The Rose does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. The Rose does not sell or provide customer telephone numbers, email addresses, or marketing-consent information to unrelated third parties for those parties’ independent advertising or marketing. This does not prevent The Rose from using service providers acting on our behalf as described in this Privacy Policy.
17. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time as The Rose opens, our services change, our technology changes, or legal requirements evolve. When we make changes we will update the Effective Date above. Material changes may also be communicated through our website or another appropriate method.
